Cornish Seascape Artist - Georgie Harrison
My original seascape paintings are all inspired by the ocean and living by the coast.
I’ve always wanted to ‘bottle’ that feeling of walking along the seashore and take it home with me, the only way I could imagine doing this was to paint it. I mainly work in acrylic on paper, canvas and wooden panels. I often use circles that act as ‘portals’, allowing the viewer to step into the painting whenever they desire.
As a Cornish seascape artist my main source of inspiration is the ocean, therefore, I’ve partnered with the marine conservation charity, Surfers Against Sewage, with every painting sold surplus donations go towards supporting their vital work to help protect our oceans and marine life.
