1. What is your shipping and return policy?

    Smaller paintings/prints are sent out using Royal Mail, larger paintings are sent with Parcelforce (48 hour express). I try to dispatch the item as soon as possible, most UK orders are delivered in 3-5 working days. Within the first 30 days of your purchase you can exchange your print/painting, it must be in the same condition that you received it in.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes I do offer international shipping, I use FedEx and it costs £15.99, shipping usually takes 5 - 10 working days (please allow up to 14 days for delivery though).

  3. Can I commission a custom piece of artwork?

  4. What is the difference between Fine Art Prints and Canvas Prints

    Fine art prints are printed on high quality gloss paper, they arrive with a mount behind glass in a white wooden frame, there’s an option for the print to be unframed, the print will just arrive in a mount with a cellophane bag for protection. The canvases are printed on cotton, the canvas can either be framed, in a white floating frame (made in house by my partner Tristan) or unframed, please note that you can still hang the canvas that is unframed, the canvas will be stretched and assembled and a hook will be attached onto the unframed canvas for hanging.

  6. Are your original artworks signed?

    All original paintings are signed and arrive with a certificate of authenticity

  7. Can I visit your studio or see your artwork in person?

  8. Are you available for art exhibitions or collaborations?

  10. Do you offer art classes or workshops?

    Not yet! I might be in the future, watch this space!

  11. How do I clean my artwork?

    Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Avoid using any cleaning solutions or water. When moving your artwork always hold it by the edges, try your best to avoid touching the surface.

  12. Is there anywhere which my artwork shouldn’t be displayed?

    Try to avoid direct sunlight, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colours to fade - pick a spot that receives indirect light. Also think about the temperature and humidity - try to keep your artwork in a stable environment. Extreme temperature changes and high humidity can damage the material.

  13. How to store the artwork?

    If you need to store it, wrap it in a protective material and keep it in a cool, dry place.

    Refund and Shipping Policy

    Returns
    You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and Issues
    Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, please make sure you contact me immediately at georgie@geebythesea.co.uk

    Exchanges
    To exchange, return the item and make a new purchase for the desired item once your return is accepted.

    Refunds
    Once I have receive and inspected your return, I’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact me at georgie@geebythesea.co.uk.

    Information Collection
